Pre-Designed Garden Room Range

The Leven comes with concrete pad foundation detail, fully insulated walls, ceiling and floor with double doors facing into the garden, a double glazed window and one top hung opening sash to rear or side elevation (two sashes on larger opening).  With an internal plasterboard finish to the walls and ceiling, armoured cable/track up to 25 metres from the building, two double sockets, two internal down lights and one Dimplex radiator, your garden room is ready to enjoy. Externally, an entrance step in decking style timber is provided and you have a choice of exterior finishes and timbers to suit your own personal style which can be oiled, finished in a colour of your choice or remain in its natural state. 

Additional options can be added which include but are not limited to Patio doors, additional fixed/opening windows, Khars timber flooring chosen from our Collection, underfloor heating, dimmer lighting, external lighting and TV points.  If you prefer a stone entrance step instead of timber, we can provide you with a quote for this.  Please note that some additional design features may affect the overall price of your Garden Room.
