For over 30 years, we have delivered thousands of projects nationwide, not one of which is exactly the same as the other. Offering a bespoke service makes each project feel new and exciting for the entire team, from our sales consultants and designers to joiners and finishing trades. We deliver projects covering a floor space of just 4 square metres and we do so with the same amount of enthusiasm and commitment for projects covering 180 square metres. In fact, with a growing portfolio of more intimate projects, we recognised the desire for people wishing to make use of smaller spaces who wouldn’t have necessarily considered this in previous years, because unlike us, very few companies offered an integrated bespoke design and build service. Therefore, in addition to the thousands of small conservatories, orangeries, sun lounges and extensions we have designed and built for clients all over Scotland and the North of England, we have introduced our bespoke garden room range, aimed at providing additional choice and flexibility for clients wishing to create a room or functional outdoor area that is separate from the main house.

Our garden rooms offer a flexible and functional living space that can be a more convenient and cost-effective alternative to moving house or extending onto the existing house.

Each one is individually designed and manufactured at our workshop in Kinross, using quality hardwood that is not only durable and visually attractive, but is sourced from managed forests. From traditional to contemporary, each bespoke garden room is designed to blend seamlessly into its surroundings and depending on the scale of the design, a garden room could be ready for use in just 4-6 weeks.
