For the past 30 years, Mozolowski & Murray has been protecting your data and we remain committed to doing so in line with new legislation.
We have updated our privacy policy to explain how we will do this.
What information do we collect?
We may collect, store* and use the following kinds of information:
- Information about your visits and activity on our website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, website navigation).
- Personal information that you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing a product (including name, address, telephone numbers, email).
*please note that we do not store your credit/debit card information at any time. These details are only used at the time of transaction.

After 25th May 2018, in-line with new legislation, Mozolowski & Murray will only send marketing communications to customers who have expressly opted-in or have chosen not to opt-out of receiving information from us. This may include:
- Newsletters, including tips and guidance to help you get the best out of our products
- Details of new products and services
- To occasionally obtain your feedback
- If you have lodged an enquiry with our design team where you have provided your name, postal address, telephone
number and email address, we will in line with data protection legislation, use this information to contact you in future
but only on subjects relating to Mozolowski & Murray.
If you contact a member of the Mozolowski & Murray team by phone and provide your name, postal address, telephone number and email address, we will in line with data protection legislation, use this information to contact you on matters solely relating to Mozolowski & Murray.
2. Communications relating to your purchase
Mozolowski & Murray reserves the right to hold personal data for the purposes of contacting you with important information about your purchase. Namely, your order, delivery confirmations, scheduling and appointments or any other issue relating to your order which we feel we need to contact you about.
Your right to opt-out of marketing communications:
You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Mozolowski & Murray at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from us, or by emailing us at gdprn@mozmurray.co.uk or calling 0345 050 5440.
Each time you place an order with Mozolowski & Murray by any method, you will be provided with or directed to our updated privacy policy, the contents of which will override your previous communication preferences, unless you expressly state otherwise.
Use of third parties:
There are some instances where data is shared with third parties for the essential purpose of fulfilling your order. For example, your address is shared with a trusted sub-contractor such as an electrician, who could then can attend your property. However, we only share the information that is necessary for any given purpose. Mozolowski & Murray holds copies of our sub-contractor’s data protection policies to verify their compliance with data protection law. Your data will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies:
A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.
We may use both “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies on the website. Session cookies will be deleted from your computer when you close your browser. Persistent cookies will remain stored on your computer until deleted, or until they reach a specified expiry date.

The purpose for this activity is to ensure we are constantly meeting the needs of our online visitors and providing the very best user experience.
We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users’ computers. The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website. Google will store this information. Brexit:
Facebook and its companies, including Instagram, Oculus and WhatsApp, continue to comply with the GDPR following Brexit. We are monitoring this closely and will report any change that may influence or affect our commitment to data privacy.
Changes to our privacy policy:
Mozolowski & Murray takes data protection laws very seriously which is why we have policies and procedures in place to ensure adherence to the law.
We review this policy regularly to keep in line with any changes. This privacy policy takes GDPR changes into account and was last updated on 15 May 2018.
